Planned Giving

We realize that true philanthropy is the act of expressing love for others, and so planned gifts are much more than just monetary contributions—they are a reflection of your own hopes and dreams for children in our community. You can create a lasting legacy of hope for abused and neglected children through a planned gift to CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Our Federal Tax ID is 20-1534971.
Date of Incorporation: July 2005

Bequests Through Your Will
A bequest to CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit is one of the simplest and most effective ways to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of abused and neglected children. You may specify a certain amount or a percentage you wish to give.

If you are considering planning a gift that could support CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit for many years in the form of a fund in your name, or you want to inquire about other planned gift opportunities, we recommend you speak with your financial planner. Your gift may be designated for a specific purpose, or you may allow us to use your gift towards our annual fund. We would be happy to help you reach this very important decision.

Giving Through Retirement Funds and Insurance Policies
Another way to create a lasting legacy that will benefit abused and neglected children far into the future is to name CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy.

Retirement account: Name CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit as beneficiary or contingent beneficiary of an IRA, 401(k), 403(b) or other retirement account. Please consult with your financial planner or attorney regarding considerations for this type of gift.

Insurance policies: Name CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit as beneficiary or contingent beneficiary of a life insurance policy. If updating an existing policy, you will need to complete a change of beneficiary form with your insurance company. Working with an attorney or an accountant is not required to make this type of gift.
